Basically said its very hard to compete against JET and might only work in certain larger city and for a handful of brands (Germany is independent dominated). Uber Eats was in Netherlands for a long time and TKWY still has 90%+ market share there will industry leading margin profile. Germany today is much stronger than Netherlands in the past so I don’t see a reason why it would be worse. Think it’s interesting that Uber has decided to invest in Germany, a market where the incremental capital probably doesn’t go very far if at all, versus investing in the UK or Australia where they are actually losing meaningful market share. Don’t think this puts a dent on JET’s cash flow generation (maybe a little), but it also means Uber has less financial power to deploy to say...Australia where it is getting dismantled
